Volunteer Opportunities

Journey Church has teamed up with True Life to help spread the gospel to our neighbors and friends. This website features answers to life's toughest questions, like the one to the left.

Sharing Christ with strangers can be down right intimidating for some folks. True Life gives us more approachable, sincere ways of inviting people to Journey! More videos and info at True Life.

1 Corinthians 12:4-7

Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord; and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who empowers them all in everyone. To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.

Journey Church depends upon an awesome team of people who help keep us running. Please continue to pray for our teams, as well as our pastors. We love being part of God's Story, and would love for you to join us. We all have spiritual gifts that God will use to glorify His kingdom. To be a part of our team, check out the opportunities below.  We are always looking for reliable people willing to help. Get more information about our Volunteer Ops by contacting the name listed in each area.

Our Campus Ministry Team is a wonderful group of guys dedicated to keeping our church(es) looking beautiful! This area includes mowing and edging the lawn, basic repairs, changing bulbs, and many other 'handy man' basics. They also form the SMART Team, that helps people with small home repairs, as a way to bless others. To be added to the lawn schedule, or to offer your help with other campus maintenance, click here.

Our Women's Ministry is involved in a wide variety of ongoing, and upcoming, events at Journey Church. From Cafe Staff, Event Coordinating, Bereavement, Decorating for events and holidays, and more. There are many ways to serve in our Women's Ministry! If you're interested in serving in this area, please click here.

First impressions are the most important! We have a team of wonderful people that serve by greeting each Sunday morning, as well as organizing and getting our Sanctuary ready for Sunday mornings. It may not sound like a full time job, but these guys are busy! If you would like to be a part of the First Impressions Team click here.
